1- Services and Products:

Open AI Systems provides services for website design and programming, smart systems, website hosting, mobile application programming, project development, creating graduation projects for various university students, hospital and clinic management systems, cafes, cars, petroleum companies, e-commerce websites, and other fields.

2- Payment:

When using Open AI Systems' services, fees will be charged for the provided services and products. Payment must be made in full before work begins.

3- Content:

Content is provided by the client. The content must be relevant to the project that Open AI Systems is developing. The content will be handled with complete confidentiality.

4- Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property rights of all software and websites developed by Open AI Systems remain with Open AI Systems.

5- Delivery:

The delivery date will be determined at the beginning of the work, and the date must be clearly specified between Open AI Systems and the client.

6- Guarantee:

Open AI Systems guarantees the quality of the work provided to the client and its compliance with the client's requirements. If there are any defects in the work provided, Open AI Systems will work to repair them without any additional cost.

7- Cancellation:

The client can cancel the contract at any time before work begins without any cost. However, if the contract is canceled after work has begun, Open AI Systems will retain a portion of the paid amount as compensation for the effort expended.

8- Confidentiality:

Open AI Systems promises not to disclose any information contracted or worked on during the design and programming process. All information is handled with complete confidentiality.

9- Modifications:

The client may request modifications after the work is delivered to meet their requirements. Details regarding modifications and associated costs are separately specified after work has begun.

10- Notifications:

All notifications and alerts will be sent by Open AI Systems to the provided email address.
