Terms and Conditions – OpenAI Systems
Thank you for choosing OpenAI Systems services. Please read this agreement carefully before using our services. By using our services, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services and Products
OpenAI Systems provides a range of technology services including website design and development, smart systems and digital platform development, web hosting, mobile application development, software project development, university graduation projects, as well as management systems for hospitals, clinics, cafés, transportation companies, petroleum companies, vehicle management systems, e-commerce websites, and other technology solutions across various industries.
2. Payment
When requesting or using any services from OpenAI Systems, fees will be charged for the services or products provided. Full payment must be made before the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Content
All project content must be provided by the client and must be relevant to the project being developed by OpenAI Systems. All content provided by the client will be handled with strict confidentiality.
4. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights for all software, systems, and websites developed by OpenAI Systems remain the property of OpenAI Systems, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written contract transferring ownership to the client.
5. Delivery
The delivery timeline will be determined at the beginning of the project and clearly agreed upon between OpenAI Systems and the client based on the defined scope of work.
6. Warranty
OpenAI Systems guarantees the quality of the delivered work and its compliance with the agreed client requirements. If any technical defects or issues are found in the delivered work, they will be corrected without additional cost within the agreed warranty period.
7. Cancellation
The client may cancel the agreement at any time before work begins without any charges. However, if the project is canceled after work has started, OpenAI Systems reserves the right to retain part of the paid amount as compensation for the time and effort already invested.
8. Confidentiality
OpenAI Systems commits to not disclosing any information or data related to the client or the project that is obtained during the design and development process. All information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
9. Modifications
Clients may request modifications after project delivery based on their requirements. The details and any associated costs for modifications will be determined separately depending on the nature of the requested changes.
10. Notifications
All notifications and communications from OpenAI Systems will be sent to the email address provided by the client.
11. Amendments to the Agreement
OpenAI Systems reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review the agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which OpenAI Systems operates.
By using the services of OpenAI Systems or signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
